Need to fix the phones...

I don't understand what this problem is!&nbsp; I listen to them when they get the nice rhythm going, and when the phones go out, it makes me almost want to donate money to get a damn line in.&nbsp; It just feels like the show gets up to the equivalent of freeway speed, only to have the car stall and cog up the works.&nbsp; To those of us who have no life because we work all the time, WE WANT OUR COMEDY PYRAMID BUILT.<br />

This is at the core of what is wrong with XM. They seem to be run by
engineers and business men. No one there understands programing or
what&nbsp; makes an entertaining presentation. They seem to think its
enough just to be broadcasting, and maybe when they first started up it
was. Now however is the time to polish what they have,and there is no
one there who has a clue how to go about it. Thousands of radio shows
around the world have phones that work,and the top rated XM shows all
cant seem to even accomplish that much.<br />

I am in a business writing class and we had to write a complaint letter of our own choosing. I wrote mine about XM needing to fix the phones for Ron &amp; Fez. I got a perfect score I'm thinking of sending it in to xm.
