I have to give Haunted another shot. I got frustrated with the short stories put together as a novel format and trying to keep track of who was who. In pieces I liked all of it but I never got all the way through to the end.
I was also reading it in pieces on the train, definitely have to give it another shot.

See, if Danny from O&A booked Ron and Fez such an A-List author like Chuck, that should dispell the rumors that O&A aren't trying to help R&F at all. Basically, they're using the name value and weight of O&A to help book guests on Ron and Fez to try and elevate them.

That speaks volumes.

Someone dropped the N bomb and really pissed off ron. The callers were making subtle racial jokes and then somene just called up and said something that just wasnt even ironically funny. It was just saying it for the sake of saying it and pretty much caused the show to end on a down note.

And don't blame Dave for this, or the call screeners. The guy had a relatively decent joke - something about Earl's mom - until he dropped the N-word and ruined the whole joke.

I think the fucker hung up too - not even giving Ron a chance to make him feel stupid. Which made it worse.

On a show that takes a ton of calls you're gonna get this. Don't sweat it, always that small % chance that something like that will come out. If we could get rid of all the Bad Callers and the Blacks we'd be much better off, but it wouldnt be interesting.
