No matter if I'm laughin with or at Dave, he is making me laugh, which will always go a long way with me - the random, sniper hit and run "DAVE SUCKS - BECAUSE HE DOES!" calls have never made me laugh even once. Now, assisted by Ron is a different story - Ron's reply of  "You bring up a good point, sir," is hysterical.

ESD is by far the worst. IMO he is never funny and is always "try to be whacky guy".

The East Side Dave haters remind me a lot of the Memphis mouth-breathers that booed Andy Kaufman during the Jerry Lawler feud. I wonder if they grok bit gestalt.I'm fully aware that I have minority tastes, but several of the most blissed-out, hysterically magical bits of the XM show have been ESD-related. Then again, Dave was always my favorite poster on this very message board. As for the haters? They made 'cos he got floor seats at the Lakers. They listen to Ron and Fez on the radio, while East Side Dave has been granted access to the inner R&F sanctum.

I like Dave....I've met him and he's a great guy...funny, personable etc....and mostly cause he would mention me occasionally on his midnight show on that wacky Jersey station he used to work for!!!!!

I wouldn't mind Dave so much if they only allowed him on every now and again. Dave on a daily basis is just too much. They need to try to limit the amount of air time he gets.

ESD is like red tide, he kills! But in the good way...I like e'm a bunch but i respect the haters, you're speaking your mind and adding to the board and the show. To me it's actually better than being 'silent'.I wouldn't say he's ALL GOOD because nobody is. But you have to be honest and give him props when he brings the funny.  And i always fall back to " I place my trust in Ron and Fez's judgement as to what's good or not, they're the pros " and i believe they have faith in Dave...

ESD always makes me laugh.   Sometimes he's actually funny in a dopey way, but much more often he's simply grist for Ron's mill.  When R&F pile on Dave, there's nothing funnier.  And Dave takes it so well, too, I have to give him props for that.Jivey Rulez!

i like dave. i have told him numerous times via the internet and on the phone. i hate the haters. grow up. you all sound like THE HIND from the sports guys. i am not ashamed to say that i am jealous of Dave. i wanted to work in radio since i say the movie good morning vietnam but my life went another way but Dave is living his dream and trying to make the most of it. Good for him.

Even you Dave supporters have to admit that there are times when his verbal contribution to the show is greater than Fez's. Now I don't know if this is Fez's fault or not. But it does seem to me that once Dave gets in the studio he just keeps going on and on.

From "Joe Q Public", to pez and porno in his napsack, to pissing his bed until he was 15, to fucking a deflating blow up doll, this jabroni is goofy funny. I know its an act, but he is legitimately nuts. Anybody to give out his real home address on the radio is certifable. His absurd arguments with "Mr B" are entertaining, and I love Fez's wisecracks during these arguments. Sometimes he actually has a good point that is a breath of fresh air from Ron's "Air America" politics. Keep it up. The maniacal laugh is the best part of all.

I am impartial to ESD, he says some stuff that is so uninformed that it is annoying but when RandF catch him for it, it more than makes up for it. I hope it is a bit when he treats his opinions and uninformed statements as a defendable point.Anyways, the callers downing ESD do nothing for the show but slow it way down.
