    I'm not sure what it's like in the control room at the XM studios, but there are times when it can be very loud in the producer's room at other stations and you may not be able to hear what's going on. Typically, a producer's room has a feed of the show playing... Now, try listening to the show AND answering calls and doing data entry at the same time... it's kind of hard.

I miss EDS...but if he needs to be replaced, it should be by a chef of some sorts.
