Just curious if anyone is gong to the PNC show? Maybe those going can get together and have some sort of tailgate outside.

I love all of them, while announcing it, were ripping on PNC and joking about how they don't even know where it is and everything. You would think OnA would realize, having been DJ's, that PNC is the main concert place for most acts that come through this area. It'll probably be the biggest venue any of these guys have ever played. I'm pretty sure total capacity including the lawn is around 17,000

The 930 Club does not compare to the first three venues that have been put in stone.

They would need to have that at Merriweather or Nissan to compare.

PNC has fit 20,000 for Phish shows, granted the lawn area was not movable at all, but they do love overpacking that place. The Tweeter Center is actually a better venue in overal feel, always loved going there for a show cause overlooking the water is just awesome. Plus the liquor store was open promptly at 9am and people were always playing dominoes outside.

Plus some of those acts, Norton and Vos, played at Bonnaroo, which was alot more then 17,500-20,000.

They could try to get the Palace Hotel Ballroom... Nice place up north. Built in the 40's on Lake Wazzapamani. That seats 5000. They fill that place, they can make 5000 bucks easy.

PNC holds 17,500 period. Now for most games, MSG holds 20000. But when they set up a stage for a band or comedian, it cuts the capacity down to around 15 or 16, so even still, it might be the biggest show any of them ever played
