Now before I begin, I know the show has been call "The Gay/Straight Duo" for years now.  I know all the jokes.  I know the innuendo.  I know the flat out "You're a big fag" statements.  But with all of them, the show never really said 100% one way or the other if Fez was gay.But then this week we get them talking about Fez wanting to host the Queer Cinima week when Alison Bailes came in, and that very long discussion about why gay men loved certian actresses.  They didn't even hint at it, Ron was just asking why gay guys liked them right to Fez.So I guess my question is "Is it official now?" or possibly "Was it official and did I miss it?"

Listen, I know what the show is about.  I just felt that them openly talking about Fez being part of the gay community he was discussing was new to the show.  They usually danced around the topic a lot more.  This time they  just accepted it.

This could be my mind playing tricks on me, but I seem to remember in the shows post 9/11 that Fez did in fact reference his partner, or something about Fez being in a distraught emotional state and referencing a partner.

I don't think you guys read Moe's whole post.  I get the show as well, and have been listening for quite some time and thought the same thing Moe was thinking during the replay over the weekend.Yes it is a whole bit and everyone gets it, it's just that it's was way more not a bit in that segment.  Whereas, Ron would say "Fez why do gay people like Judy Garland" and before maybe there would be a back and forth exchange where Fez would try to act not gay, this time he was just answering the questions.No one cares, Moe was just noticing that it's becoming less and less of a bit.  He's not going OMG FEZ IS TEH GAY!!!!

DMM,As you can see I'm not a longtime poster here but I've been a pretty intense listener since the XM show started and I agree with you- there's been a change in the "tone" of the bit recently.During the gay icon discussion I actually caught myself frowning and thinking "Hey, that's not how the bit's supposed to go, they're doing it wrong!"  Which might be why they're changing it.  I hope they aren't, though.  I thought Ambiguous Fez was a bit that could just sail and sail indefinitely.  Once he comes down on one side or another, it's like watching a TV show that finally reveals who the killer or the biological father is.  Where do you go from there?  I'd love Fez either way of course but I hope R&F don't close off what is an amusing dimension of the dynamic between them.

I wonder how mikeyboy feels if Fez is gay or not.... isn't mikeyboy good at sniffing out queer ass or was that dip shit dope boastings about his lustful desire for good cock and ass  just a phony bit on the R&F show..  My hunch is that Fez is not gay.. just a sexless dickless ferry with a very kind loving heart who likes staying alone. We need more pure people like that in this lost world.
