Before O&A went to fm 40% of their show was XM OWNS FM OMG BLAH BLAH BLAH. Why are you wasteing hours of time telling XM OWNERS how much better it is than FM!? WE ALREADY KNOW!  They diss the "FREE FM" commercials now they are a walking free fm commercian with their phone number they always give out.now it's just 80% BITCH BITCH BITCH..Who else is sick of it?  And when anyone calls them out on it they can never admit it or never be wrong.  They say it get's things done? but when u bitch as much as they do XM is just going to see them as whiney asses and eventually they will stop careing because they bitch about friggen everything.

I totally agree. I think that both O&A have let success go to their heads. I know some of it is just playing up for the show, but all in all they have just become whiny and bitchy to the point of ruining each day's show. I first listened to O&A and not much R&F, but now it's the other way around. I prefer Ron and Fez, hands down.

Opie had EVERY SINGLE RIGHT to be pissed off today. I usually get pissed when Opie complains, but I knew EXACTLY where he was coming from. THey have a brand new audience, spending three hours to build up to a piece of audio, and it was fucked up. Why are people wasting RF.net's bandwidth to complain about O&A?  Go to fucking Wackbag already.

I don't want to turn this into an "O&A Bitch" thread but I do feel they complain too much from time to time, warranted or not.  Just do your fucking show.  But that's one of the differences betwee the 2 shows.  If you don't like O&A, don't listen.  I haven't for a couple weeks.  Not because I'm pissed at them really, just because the schedule I'm on now with the MyFi recording of Ron and Fez keeps them from me.They've a good show though.

Matty, when something doesn't get fixed do you stop complaining?  I don't like grabbing my ankles on anything.I think through subtle hints Ron and Fez have said they're not completely happy with the timeslot either, but they're the kind of guys who just don't complain.  I don't like when you try to stop discussion you've deemed closed.

In listening to the end of the Free FM show and the start of the XM show on the replay I can completely understand why Opie would be mad. Complaining to complain is one thing, to have your staff not edit out curse words on audio you are playing on FCC regulated radio stations is just plain stupid and his reaction to this is completely justified. I agree there has been a hell of a lot of complaining since they came to Free FM, though in that particular instance them complaining about that is valid.

far as complaining on any show goes, I say whatever. Seriously, I could
care less. I like to hear the realness and the non-bullshit "let's just
glaze this over and talk over the air" thing. That was one of the
things I always enjoyed about both shows. Everything was out in the
open and shared with the audience. I try and listen to both shows,
especially O & A at face value. I'm a little bit too inside on Ron
and Fez sometimes so inside jokes just bowl me over but with O & A
I just try not to read into what is said and just take it for what it
is.

I thought it was nice that O&A paid R&F a compliment today when R&F called in from DC. That crack Ron made at the end about "Cry on a bag of money" or something to that effect was priceless. Anthony in particular seems to enjoy Ron's sarcastic sense of humor.

I don't think theres much use in arguing over which show is better,
but for some reason I really get into OnA in super quick spurts. 
Every so often I will listen to them all I can, even more than Ron and
Fez.Then I'll go 2-3 weeks without even hearing a show. 
Its like I can't take OnA for long periods of time, but I am obsessed
for a few days at a time.

Great, another bitch fest today. Fucking fantastic. At least they have a point. It's not like they bithced about having to go down to DC when they made regular visits. And its not as if Opie said to not even bother asking them down there a couple weeks ago in yet another of their bitchfests.I used to think that this CBS move was good thing, and at first it was. An extra hour of radio everyday. But it has turned into 3 hours of radio and 2 hours of garbage way too often. We get 5 hours of radio as long as something doesn't bother these spoiled brats. And they wouldn't dare bitch about anything during the 3 hours, and I wonder why.It bothers me because I care, because I like the show when they do it. When I don't care anymore I will take the "just don't listen advice." I'm just really sick of listening to these 2 hour temper tantrums.
