Am i doing something wrong?

Have you logged out &amp; logged back in?&nbsp; That's worked for me in the past.

I loaded one when I set up my account and that worked fine, a while later when I wanted to change it, I cleared the one I had, and attempted to load a new one. When I clicked on the &quot;Choose File&quot; button nothing would happen, no window would pop up, nothing.</font></p><p><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="3">I tried on several computers and got the same results, so I just lived with it for about a month. Then I decided to try again and yipeee, it worked. I have no idea what changed to solve the problem but it has worked since then.</font></p>
