Geez, there was more dead air during that bit than at WJAP in Nagasaki after we dropped the bomb.
He was killing me. I almost drove my truck into oncoming traffic to end it.
And it wasnt as simple as just shutting it off or changing the station. When he kept repeating. " I'm just doing my best. ", it was seared into my memory. I'm getting sick just recalling the whole thing.
I've got one thing for Frighty Fright/Jim Shorts, a little quote from Sean Connery in " The Rock " :
