I can see a drama or a different kind of movie, but a comedy that certainly attempts to be offensive to some people. Do you want as a comedian to be accepted this much??<br />

Just got back from the midnight showing... and I'm not exagerrating when I say: I've never laughed this hard at a movie. Ever. On two occassions, I literally had tears streaming down my face and nearly lost control of my bowels.<p>Sacha Cohen again reminded me why he is one of very few true comedic geniuses today.

Amazing movie! I cannot wait to see it again. I saw perhaps the funniest scene in any movie, ever, tonight (those of you who have seen the movie know which one I'm talking about). "Borat" is about a hundred times better than the Ali G movie, which I still love. I waited for six hours to get in tonight and it was worth it.<br />

<p>What was the most interesting thing to me was some of those freaking people he interviewed. The rodeo guy??? I can't believe he was actually saying that crap. Same thing with the frat boys. I saw it in the village, so there were audible gasps when the rodeo/frat boy scenes were on.</p><p>And yes, the wrestling scene had me dying (as well as the running of the jews).</p>

I enjoyed the evangelical church scene. I saw so much in the previews and media leading up to it that I was worried there wouldn't be enough "new" stuff in the movie. I was wrong, it was high-larious.</p><p>It's putting up huge numbers despite only being released to 800 or so theaters this weekend. I think they're doubling the number of theaters next weekend.</p>

<p>i went on a man date with my roommate last night to see it.</p><p>i'm assuming it is the "eat my asshole" scene. that scene was fucking hilarious. the elevator ride was so uncomfortable</p>
