Flowchart from Forms Question

<p>I'm wondering if anyone would know how to do this, I've tried google and I've had no luck.</p><p>I have a standard flow chart in Visio, but my manager wants to know if we could have a form, that customers could use (maybe online).&nbsp; The form would ask the yes/no question, and a flowchart would automatically be generated based on the answers.&nbsp; If the data could even reside in excel, with someone answering yes or no, and the flowchart would automatically populate based on the answers that would be great too.</p><p>Can anyone point me in the right direction?</p>
