The Ron and Fez New Manners Book

Ron mentioned today about a New Manners Book, I think this would be a great idea, something to give back to the kids.&nbsp; After all I remember listening to Ron explain tipping and said wow, this guy knows tipping. I think the boys could do alot with something like this.&nbsp; Just a thought.<br />
