I had a real bad breakup with my ex girlfriend. She dumped me for her best guy friend, who i was ok with her being close with the whole time we went out. Anyway, it sucks, but i know she's not coming back, and i'm over her. I totally stopped talking to her because the break up involved cheating. She was my best friend, and even though she doesn't deserve for me to talk to her, i still always wonder how she's doing or if she's ok or whatever. It bothers me all day, but i can't bear to see her online, so i took her off my list, i don't call her, i don't look at her pics. It just hurts me to see that stuff, but with all of this no contact, it tears apart my caring side, that still wants to know that she's ok and happy.&nbsp;<div><br /><div>I have this huge conflicting feeling and its kind of a no win situation.&nbsp; It hurts me to talk, and to not talk to her, so i don't know if anyone has had a problem like this. If you did maybe you could relate some feelings or an idea to help these feelings.&nbsp;</div></div>
