Went to Pete and Elda's in Belmar or Wall (on 35) for lunch today and had for the first time a pint of Smithwick's Irish Ale. Have to say it was DEEELISH!! I went and bought a 12 pak this evening, the price was nice at 13.99 considering it was 4 bucks for the pint

Anyone else ever tried it?

I went to school in Ireland - usually drank Guinness, but liked Smithwick. If I remember right, the irish call it "Smiddick".

You are the scud missile of insults sometimes....fire one randomly out the back of '72 Buick, then go home & turn on CNN to see where it lands. (SK '91)

i've been drinking smithwick's for about 10 years now, ever since my first trip to ireland. I love it.

i've notiuced that it's gotten much more popular over the past couple of years. now my local bar has it on tap which is sweet.
