I'm glad I'm not the only Ned's fan here, They kind of have been together for awhile now though missing 2 from the original lineup and they just release a new single about a month ago called Hibernation

Yeah.

I saw them a few times, when God Fodder came out. They were supposed to play CMJ in 2001, and I had tickets. But 9-11 kinda ruined all that.

Ned's Atomic Dustbin was my first real concert. Roseland in NYC when I was 14, must have been around 93 or 94? Anyway it was a great show and I always loved their sound. I'll have to check out their new release

Grey Cell Green or Kill your Television were probably the biggest hits, You only would have heard them if you used to listen to WDRE at least in the greater NY area i think

I forgot the also did a cover version of the Bay City Rollers Saturday Night for the I married a Ax murderer soundtrack which you might of heard at the time of the movies release

Grey Cell Green had a video where they threw all sorts of different colored paint around in a room that they played on MTV every now and then. Early 90's.

"HAPPY" was in pretty big rotation on 120 minutes also, but "GREY CELL GREEN" was their smash. It still holds up too. 2 bass players!

Anyone get the free hypercolor type t-shirt when you purchased their first record?

English.
They also did a pretty good cover of 'Saturday Night' or whatever it's called by the Bay City Rollers. It was on a Soundtrack or something, So I Married an Axe Murderer or something. Probably just as well-known as any of their other songs.
