I just saw some local guy on the NYC news going "I think it was a bomb!"

Shut the fuck up you fucking moron. LOTS of things can sound like a bomb to the average guy. These things usually end up being construction related or leaks.

I don't know why the news channels are allowed to just go with this like that and scare people. Would they put me on the air if I was saying "It sounded like a UFO attack!"? Or course not. But then why is Local savage #1 allowed to go on the air and say it was a bomb?

One local radio station (WCBS) just said that ConEdison was in the area at the time of the explosion due to complaints of a gas smell. It also reported that one person was extracted safely from the rubble.

As far as casualties go, it looks pretty good right now. Only one person suspected to have been inside (and pulled out injured, but alive), and about 3 people outside seem to be injured. OnA are reporting that, they will likely get home on time, after the show. Jeez...

I just took a walk up there.

Tons of Firefighters for what looks to be a under control situation (albeit a totally insane situation). I saw something about people being trapped inside from cnn.com, but the feeling at the scene suggested otherwise. It was an older builing with a gas leak. No terrorism.

I think the government shot a missle that hit the building. We should get the security video tapes.

I also saw a man in a spacesuit pretending to be on the moon with a film crew shooting his moves just before the building exploded
He was trying to kill himself, but what set off the explosion was Jim Morrison lighting a bong for Elvis Presley.
You can tell that image is a hoax due to the location of the crosshairs...

That's where I get off the bus for school in the mornings. There was no
running away from the building collapse, I mean damn I walked right past
the thing when they were putting the fire out because I'm a retard. I work
on E 62nd and I buy tea from the guy across the street all the time.
