You all forget how much Ron cares about the show.&nbsp; Did we not learn anything from his email to the speaker with the names Fez has used.&nbsp; He needs a creative outlet and cares about the show.&nbsp; I mean when Fez was out, Ron even went so far to come in and do the show with E-Lo's Angels even though it may not have been exectly what people wanted.&nbsp; Ron has shown his dedication and obviously cares about the show.&nbsp; <br />

<p>They always talked about their ambitions were very simple - to always stay true to the humor. That little interaction between them yesterday about who doesn't care about the show and who does and who thinks what really, really bummed me out. </p>
