It's obvious that Ron wants Earl to tell him to fuck himself therfore becoming a man - just like when a son realizes that he can whip his dad and quits taking shit.

Yes Ron wants Earl to be a Stand up Guy, and Take control of the whole operation.

Earl is a Mama's boy.

If he ever decided to man up, I'd shit myself.

i love you guys, i would never want to hurt you

you would beat me down so bad Ronnie

there was also a situation today where i believe Ron asked earl if he thought Fez was funny and Earl fucking buckled and said "NO" because he felt that was what Ron wanted to hear

i don't think i could ever play the parts that Earl and Dave sometimes play and be the object of Ron's degrading comments, we'd be rolling on the floor....

I work in a bodyshop with all younger guys and I can attest to the
problem of watching someone that's dragging thier feet. I see it every
day. I have "that guy" who keeps asking stupid questions because he's
unsure of himself. Or the guy that keeps making the same mistakes over
and over again bacause he's not there with his head. You get to the
point where you simply want to WAKE PEOPLE THE FUCK UP!!! The problem I
see with Ronnie is that it backfires on him. When he shakes the tree,
the people he's trying to wake up crawl further up the tree instead of
coming down and joining the party.

Just when everyone in radio
land is thinking Earl should be jumping down Ron's thoat and taking the
bull by the horns, you get the very clear feeling that he is
intimidated and withdrawing. This of course makes Ron more pissed than
he was in the begining.

When it works, it's like a light-switch getting turned on. People that catch it can really make some remarkable changes.

Well see...
