Gonna be honest P-Mike, I like you but I'm not wild about the images. They don't really do anything other than dare me to watch a movie I know nothing about - and right now, if I have 2 hours to spend watching a horror movie and I'm trying to decide between ones based on the cover art and title, I need a little bit more than to know that it's gorey or that it's going to promise to fuck up the way I think about horror movies.

Also, I remember more than once Paulo making a big deal that the title was going to be in all small lettering ("gap"); has that changed?

I'm having some issues with the title, but willing to give it time to 'splain itself - I am completely wanting to support Paul's project. You look at the models of successes from the last few years, though - "The Blair Witch Project," "Hostel," "Cabin Fever" and "Saw" and one thing that all have in common is a title that (a) says something about the film, (b) doesn't say too much and (c) sets a tone. They all also had a singular, often unforgettable, image that became iconic with the movie.

Just my 2 cents.

Well, AKA.. You have to remember a few things.. nothing has been filmed yet, I really have very little to work with, everything has been so "hush hush" I made about 40 different ideas.. Unfinished ideas.. thats all. Uppercase/lowercase.. all that stuff can be changed either way. These are a small look into the IDEA of a movie that hasnt been filmed.. thats all. All up for debate. As far as HOSTEL.. I did some mock ups that pay homage to that TYPE aswell.. I have just posted 2 :).. Saw, Same idea.. you knew that a leg was going to be removed by seing the cover. I dont have that benifit :) I know very little about the films murders. I DO plan on being there and taking photos of the victems and perhaps using that as a jump off point for more mock up ideas. I really do appreciate your feedback. if you want to discuss this more.. feel free to PM me - I'ld love to PICK YOUR BRAIN... LOL! AKA wrote:

Gonna be honest P-Mike, I like you but I'm not wild about the images.
That's absolutely disgusting Mike!

But seriously folks. Does anyone think there is anything to this movie? It sounds like me and my buddys back in '78 when we were gonna make the greatest indy horror movie of all time. We rented Dry Ice machines, got dozens of people involved, wrote an amazing script and found great settings. We shot about ten minutes worth of film over three days. After realizing how much work would be invoved the cast and crew started dropping like flies. The ten minutes was all we got on film... But it was a great ten minutes!
