<p>OHH MY GOD!</p><p class="textBodyBlack">Dogs being walked were seized from their owners and beaten to death on the spot, the Shanghai Daily newspaper reported. Led by the county police chief, killing teams entered villages at night creating noise to get dogs barking, then beat the animals to death, the reports said.</p><p class="textBodyBlack">Owners were offered 63 cents per animal to kill their own dogs before the teams were sent in, they said.</p><p class="textBodyBlack">This IS the same planet? WOW!</p>

<p>Yeah, I was pretty angry when I read this. In my still-PC mind, I try to accept other cultures. I realize it's a communist country and they can barely give their own people vaccinations.&nbsp;And we, as Americans, dote on our pets. </p><p>But it's still heinous. But, not as bad when Chinese people would skin dogs <u>alive</u> for their fur. It still makes my skin crawl. I cried for a week when I read about it.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
