This was posted July 22.

Seinfeld alum Jason Alexander was at the Just For Laughs Festival last night in Montreal, Canada. According to one of our readers who attended, Joseph Saab, while hosting the event Alexander mentioned in passing that the 7th and 8th seasons of Seinfeld would come to DVD some time in November.

You should always check TV Shows on DVD.com

Any word on what the bonus freebie with the gift set will be?
In keeping with the trend of it being objects from the seasons in the set, here are some possibilities for the Season 7 & 8 Gift Box Set:
A sponge
Wedding invitation
That creepy doll that looks just like George's mom
The coat from "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" that got Kramer busted as a pimp
A twelve-cent Japanese TV royalty check (non-negotiable)

I wonder if they'll release the Puerto Rican Day episode on DVD. I've never seen that episode.

They better show that epsiode.

I'm sure they will because they've been showing it on TV lately at least on TBS.

Its got some good stuff.

Mario Joyner from old school MTV Half Hour Comedy Hour.

The meeting of Jerry, George and Krammer's alteregos : Varnsen, Pennpacker and Vandelay.

Its one of the Top 20 episodes IMO.

Well, if they can put "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein" on the Family Guy set, they can put the Puerto Rican Day episode on the Seinfeld set. The racial humor in that episode is far tamer, really.
I think it was only banned from rebroadcast on NBC. As noted above, I've seen it in syndication too.

I think they keep it in low rotation on both FOX and TBS but I know I've seen it on both.
