I heard that CNN did a poll and about 70% said they supported that Arabs/People of Middle Eastern descent should have special identification. Is this true or am I just misinformed.

Same old story, same old argument.

Just as with gun control, drug traffic, organized crime, (insert your own hot-button issue here), the very people who would be best ID'd and tracked are the very ones who will be the ones that stay under (or over) the system.

*Sigh*. The only Arab people you will be able to ID with these cards are the law-abiding citizens.

I have this idea

its called the all purpose licanse

you get it when you born and it got like microchips in it

and as you age you can get it updated like when you get your drivers perment then licens

so then afterter that like when your 21 its says its okay to drink and you scan it to a bar or liquor store and you can buy stuff

What would this card accomplish? The alleged ringleader of the attacks was trained at Lackland AFB in San Antonio. My brother was going through basic training in the Air Force at the same base as this scum at the same time he was training to kill us. This guy was a member of the Saudi Air Force living here legally. It's time we re-evaluate who our allies are, not who our citizens are. If anyone is up to suspicious activities, I have faith that we will take care of it, but an ID card telling people you are Muslim will accomplish absolutely nothing. The next terrorist attack won't happen for a while. The 1st attack on the WTC was retaliation for the Gulf War and that took a few years. Don't expect the next big thing to take place tomorrow.
