i had to run a 440 once for a 4-man relay race out in Millburn. i thought i was gonna die

That was one of my bread and butter events in high school and college.&nbsp; That and the hurdles.&nbsp; I was sub 50 since 10th grade.&nbsp; My HS&nbsp;relay team won states (with Rocket Ismail's brother) and at least top 5 all four years I ran with them.&nbsp; It was grueling, but an awesome event.&nbsp; Seperated the men from the boys.&nbsp;
