Things are going to start happenning to them now!</a></font></p><h1 class="red">Radio show pokes fun at Alabama</h1><strong>Six billboards scheduled to go up today in the Birmingham area will feature Alabama-bred "American Idol" winners Taylor Hicks and Ruben Studdard , and runner-up Bo Bice along with the slogan "Where America Finds Its Voice -- Alabama." </strong><div /><p><strong>The Alabama Bureau of Tourism may still have a little work to do in changing perception about the state, if XM Satellite Radio's Ron and Fez Show, which airs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, is any indication of the outsiders' opinions. </strong></p><p><strong>The comedy show took calls from around the country suggesting new slogans for the bureau. Among the suggestions: </strong></p><p><strong>"Where 'Deliverance' is a love story -- Alabama." </strong></p><p><strong>"Arkansas by the sea -- Alabama" </strong></p><p><strong>"Where you can be married three times and still have the same in-laws -- Alabama." </strong></p><p><strong>"Where white sheets are formal wear -- Alabama." </strong></p><p> </p><p><font size="2">By the way - I know that this is a nothing story but when was the last time you saw the buddays getting a write-up in a newspaper? Granted, it's in Alabama . . . . . Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh.</font></p>
