Dave should get the tatoo even though Julie obviously cheated.&nbsp; However, no rules were set about how big or how long he has to have it.&nbsp; So Dave, IMO, should get a small tatoo of whackbag.com and then go out and get a tatoo over it of something he wants after about a day or week.&nbsp; He gets another tatoo he likes and doesn't punk out on the bet.

<p>As I've stated in other threads, for all intents and purposes, the contest is over.&nbsp; The people who could have contested it (Ron, Fez, Earl &amp; Dave) are not doing so.&nbsp; Dave was well aware that the contest would take place over the phone, and he agreed to those terms.&nbsp; Unfortunately, because it happened that way, there is no way to be 100% certain that everything was on the up and up, and there will be people who will believe there was cheating because there's no way of proving otherwise.&nbsp; Personally, I'll take Julie (Dane'sBitch) at her word if she says she didn't cheat.&nbsp; For one, I'd hate to think anyone would cheat to have another person scarred by a tattoo when there was no personal gain or real consequence for that person on the line.&nbsp; Secondly, as I said above,&nbsp;it's all over, so dwelling on it now with conspiracy theories is fruitless and counter-productive.</p><p>Also, I am well aware that any person who goes on the air opens themselves up to more criticism than they would by just being a board member because they become a part of the show.&nbsp; However, Julie, although she doesn't post much anymore, is still a member of this board, and some of the comments about her clearly cross the line and go beyond criticism of performance on air to personal attack.&nbsp; I understand that there are some sour grapes because the contest was set up as a competition between the websites, but please keep your comments reasonable.&nbsp; The contest was all in fun, and there's no real beef between the boards.&nbsp; There's absolutely no reason Julie should be attacked to the level she has been by certain users on this board.&nbsp; I think most people understand where the line is, but if you are unsure, feel free to PM me.</p>
