While we are planning to eventually add our own search engine for the file library, there is a workaround using Google.

1. Go to Google

2. In the search box type: site:http://www.ronfez.net/multimedia

3. Also in the search box type your search term

4. Hit Search

For instance, if you were searching for all of the Iris segments in the file library, you would type in: site:http://www.ronfez.net/multimedia Iris, and you would get these results. Neat, huh?

Ok, its not working very well for me. All the google links just go to the first page in the file library. But the results do at least have the date in their description.

Mikeyboy, what's keeping you from implementing a search engine? If you're looking for people with some coldfusion experience to volunteer, don't hesitate to ask!

My way is much easier. I just post something like "man, I wish I could hear the show when...." and mikeyboy invariably replies with a link to said show almost immediately.
I know I'm kissing ass, but MikeyBoy is the best admin/mod/whatever he does around here. I always get a response from him, he must have a life outside of this forum. Unless he really did relinquish full custody of his daughter(s) to Fez.

Why don't you guys just add google search to the site?

By the way, I just clicked on every google ad that I could find, it should bring enough loot to buy someone here a beer at least. Salud!

More people should click on the sponsors' links, no one gets any money for just displaying google ads.

I didnt even have to...I was going to try the google method but I tried my luck and clicked on a random page where I thought what I was looking for would be. BAM! First page I hit there it is, Mas que Nada, I should head down to AC after a lucky hit like that one.
