I like what CNN is doing. People forget this shit too soon. The people who slapped bumper stickers on the back of their cars after 9/11 need to sit and watch and learn. I'm sure New Yorkers are reminded of it all the time but it's the rest of the country who needs the system shock of seeing it again.<br />
Awesome Man

this is the problem! People don't need to be remember WHY their americans.
THis is also the problem with the Passion of Christ.
You're not remember the REAL reason why you're american. You're remembering it because of a tragedy associated with it.
I am not a catholic because Jesus suffered. I'm a catholic because he said love thy neighbor.
I'm not american because someone knocked down some concrete(And if you take offense, I'm a block from the WTC).
We're tying ourselves up with the anger/sorrow/rage to what we identify ourselves as.

<p>i'm just listening to the show and I don't know if anyone brought this
up later in the show, but passing out with an "aura" (usually smelling
something) is highly suggestive of a seizure. seriously, early should
check this out with a physician.</p><p>also weight loss and fainting can be signs of malignancy. </p>

<p> </p><p>"<font size="3" face="Comic Sans MS" color="#800000">Speaking
of <em>uncanny</em>, this is the negative form of <em>canny</em>, a word which,
these days, is seldom heard outside of northern Britain. In
Northumberland it can mean anything from "clever" to
"beautiful" with many more nuances in between but originally it
meant "knowing". So <em>uncanny</em> literally means
"unknowable". In the 18th century, one of the meanings of <em>canny
</em>was "supernaturally wise" or "endowed with magical
powers" so, in a sense, it meant the same as <em>uncanny</em>.
Also, someone possessed of uncanny powers was seldom called a wizard or a
witch but more often was referred to as a <em>cunning man</em> or a <em>cunning
woman</em>. Here, <em>cunning</em> means simply "knowing", just
like <em>canny</em>. Shakespeare gives an excellent example of its use
in Henry VI where he says "A
<em>cunning man</em> did calculate my birth, and told me that by water I
should die"."</font></p><p> http://www.takeourword.com/Issue088.html</p>

It's a shitty catch 22.
Even though she took her time, like you're supposed to. First thing you learn about answering trivia questions, if you can, you say the question again to make sure you have it correct.
This is going to be a issue till the end of time, or the tattoo heals. Which ever comes first.

They should ask her some of the questions she got right and see if she can answer them again correctly.

Don't get the tatoo Dave. Shenanigans
<p>Even though I was rooting for Dave, I also knew there was almost no chance of him winning. Put him up against another wackbagger in a trivia contest with questions from ESD's own life (3rd grade teacher's name, etc.), and I'd only give him a 30% chance of winning.</p>
