Finally!A field sobriety test was conducted at scene, and the officers determined she was driving under the influence  To be fair, she always seems to be under the influence. So they could be wrong.

I love these tidbits :Elliot Mintz, a spokesman for Hilton, said police detected a 0.08 blood-alcohol level, the minimum to warrant an arrest.  Mintz says she was driving home from a charity event where she had just one drink, a margarita.  Hilton says the real reason she was driving erratically was because she had been working for almost 24 hours straight and hadn’t had anything to eat all day."She didn't appear in the least bit to be intoxicated… (they symptoms) were probably the result of an empty stomach and working all day and being fatigued." I'm glad this publicist went through the 40 hours of DWI training that the cops went through so that she has a better ability to identify a drunk person.Was it the 24 hours of work and and lack of food that didn;t allow her to walk with one foot in front of the other ?Maybe they should've done the blood test and found all that coke in her system.Incidentally unless that margarita had 20 ounces of Everclear in it or she weighs 25 pounds there's no way she had a BAC of .08 from one drink.

The tramp called into some show hosted by Rayn Seacrest this morning.Listen to how this turd burglar makes excuses for her.Especially " yeah that car goes fast "Yeah retard but all cars only go as fast as you make them.She said she was only in there for 15 minutes.
