Tonight at the end of the TNA ppv, Jim Cornette said that Samoa Joe winning the title wasn't the big surprise, he shows a pre-recorded segment showing Kurt Angle working out in the ring. Yes, Angle is TNA's major announcement. Jarrett looks stunned in the ring as fans chant "Angle, Angle" as the PPV ends.

HUGE mistake letting this guy go by Vince. He single handedly makes TNA a player, and I will now make sure to catch a few episodes with him. I've seen some intriguing stuff there but nothing to keep me coming back. But Angle is one of the three guys who could have this sort of impact.

This is TNA's Hogan/Outsider moment and they have to capitalize on this salvo. Have him destroy Jarrett as the first bone to show this is a new TNA.

i agree. Angle, Samoa, Rhino are the future of TNA. this is what Heyman was talking about the other day, TNA needs to show something big and this is it.

I'll watch more for Angle, if TNA can get Jericho too that'd be really big.
This might be what Angle wanted, he doesn't have to travel too much and won't have to wrestle as often.
I'm worried about Angle too but apparently the touring schedule in TNA is much less severe.

They do three or four tapings in one night. In between all that time is plenty of time for him to rest. Now here's a question. Is TNA getting another hour on their show or is it still just going to be one hour only at 9pm instead of 11pm?

I have a question. I don't watch TV, but reading a column on TNA about Angle, etc. it said Jarrett had scars on his back from the fan's whips. Did the fans literally have whips to beat Jeff Jarrett with as part of a match stipulation? If so, whoever runs TNA is a madman. Oh wait, it's Jarrett.

That's a great pickup for TNA. I dont watch it but I like seeing the small federations do well, and it looks like their following will definitely pick up now. Angle just didnt fit in the ECW, he can shine in TNA

Angle will never have people saying he is a TNA guy hes just a WWE guy thats slumming it. I think this will start hot and fizzle like every other TNA aquisition.

The Sting acquisition should have brought TNA major headlines but no one cared.

Sting is a hasbeen though. Angle still has it.
