To answer your question, it means that you belong to, as Fez said, "the all-secret society" for loyal R and F fans... and some other stuff... you can be part of certain promotions like that imminent dodgeball game... whenever it happens, show your membership to other ppl to show you are a he, he, RonFez Mark, etc.

Also you can you use it to pick locks and whenever you call in, you say your name and your big ass card number and you hear that neat...
