He's right-when its a great film, you are more likely to pick it apart. </p><p>As for the Oscar, the main competition will be Flags of our Fathers b/c of Iraq. That said, when they think about giving Eastwood another Oscar for Best Pic or giving Marty his first, The Departed should win.</p>

I called in first thing when they got on the Air and asked about it. ESD said they couldn't talk about it on the air. I asked if they are&nbsp;taking care of it and he said they are looking into&nbsp;it now. &nbsp;
