I took my niece because her good friend, Amanda&nbsp; (19)&nbsp;was shot &amp; killed by her ex boyfriend.&nbsp;A 20 year old piece of dog shit named Jessi Jephson who killed Amanda's father (60) , her son (2) and a 17 yr old kid who&nbsp;was a&nbsp;friend of the family.</p><p>You hear about this shit all the time. Jealous ex goes crazy and kills some chick.&nbsp; <br />In fact like most news stories, you build up a wall of sorts.&nbsp;Kind of like the war. You tend to forget that &quot;some chick&quot; has parents. Kids. Friends.&nbsp; <br /><br />A simple click of the remote or mouse and poof - the bad shits gone.&nbsp; Unless it hits home. </p><p>Sure, we all SAY a lot of dumb shit when we get pissed or dumped or cheated on.&nbsp;But what on earth makes a 20 yr old kid grab a gun, load it, go next door and kill 4 people? It's fucking sick man. <br />This world is so fucked up.&nbsp; and why?</p><p>The baby was burried with his mother. In her arms.&nbsp;Just fucking mind blowing man.&nbsp; How the fuck do you point a gun at another human being and pull the trigger? a TWO YEAR OLD?? How do you shoot a fucking baby?&nbsp; </p><p>KILLING IS WRONG. </p><p>Having said that, I hope they charge this guy as an adult. He's 20. He should be executed slowly. </p><p>Bad news.</p><p>This time tho, I couldn't turn the channel. I&nbsp;couldn't click off the news website. I was standing there while hundreds of people's lives was being altered forever.&nbsp; A lifetime of pain and suffering delivered to all of these innocent&nbsp;people ...all because some chick decided to move on.&nbsp; Fucking makes me sick. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

You can read all the stuff people have to say about the murderer on the comments section (his and the victims). I'm just glad this guy didn't off himself. Now he gets to get raped in prison.</p>

Jesus Perry, I'm sorry for you and your niece. If it's any consolation, Virginia is one of the better states about killing sons of bitches that deserve it. And it sounds like he deserved it. Juries really don't like baby killers. <br />

<p>One of the worse things for me, was watching the Channel 4 news interview with the girl's mother the next day. She talked about how violent the guy was, and how her daughter had tried to break up with him several times. I know the area very well. I've delivered a few pizzas right by their house. </p><p>This is the worst mass murder our county has ever had. People around here just aren't prepared&nbsp;to deal with&nbsp;this&nbsp;level of violence. I have mixed feelings about the death penalty, but I want this guy dead. Not via needle, either.</p>

<p>My Condolences!</p><p>This is not surprising to me cause it happens on a daily basis. It should be covered constantly by the media as opposed to some politician making passes at a page or reporting on everytime paris hilton takes a dump.</p><p>TOO many men are screwed up in the head and are unable to deal with the ups and downs of a relationship with a female. The reality as far as i can see is you rarely if ever hear about a lesbian&nbsp; taking their partners life or maybe it's just not newsworthy?</p><p>I have a close friend from age 6. His sister's estranged husband let himself in the house one morning, shot and killed her boyfriend in the bed, chased her downstairs and shot her through the eye and in the head before calling police and then taking his own life.</p><p>You never want a woman to be harmed and when you have daughters it certainly strenghtens that feeling!</p>

<p>Wow..I read about this on mydeathspace the other day. </p><p>Sorry to hear it hit so close to home. I hope this guy doesnt get off on some insanity plea. I sometimes think its easier for the people who commit the really horrible crimes to get that since&nbsp;its so hard for a sane person to comprehend another sane person killing a baby. </p>

On the bright side, he's been in the local jail since the murder. He'll now be going to a REAL prison as a baby killer. I'm sure he'll be very popular.

Jessi Ashton Jephson has pleaded guilty to the October 2006 murders of four members of a Frederick County family. Jephson, 22, entered a plea agreement with the Frederick County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office Friday to avoid a death sentence.

He will be sentenced Jan. 14, but the plea agreement calls for Jephson to serve life in prison with no possibility of parole.
Jephson shot and killed Amanda Orndorff, 19; her son Christopher, 23 months; her father, Samuel William Orndorff, 60; and her nephew Travis Putman, 17.

I hope their family can have some closure, at least they won't have to re-live it at a trial.
