You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I see this option on a lot of sites as far as payment.  What is it exactly, and has anyone ever used it?

No...never have....it seems to have an implied credit charge!!!!! So I stay away from that!!!<br />

They send you what you ordered, then a few weeks later you get a bill for it.<br />
