Try system restore, if that doesn't work ctrl-alt-del and do a google search for suspicious running programs. Sometimes they require a fix or for you to delete a certain file.
I've tried Ad-Aware, Windows Defenders, EZ-Trust, and Spy-bot and still no luck. It even wacked my restore points, so I can't run system restore. GODDAMNIT!!!

I will repeat my mantra again.... SAFE MODE!

As soon as you boot up normally, the virus/spyware is loaded into memory. Delete the actual files off of the hard drive, and the portion resident in memory reinstalls itself.

Boot your computer into safe mode by hitting F8 just after you turn on the computer. After running your spyware and antivirus software, reboot normally.
