You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Follow this logic. That was because of the time change. I posted at 2:20am but since we had to put the clocks back an hour it was really 1:20am thus then being earlier then your 1:32am post, which therefore arthou my post would come before yours. Walla...SCIENCE.
