This Shawnee Smith thing is the funniest thing I've heard on O&A, and radio, in quite a while.
Fan-fucking-tastic. Here's the part of the show where they sit around smack loudly on oatmeal and fruit and nuts and laugh at themselves intentionally mispronouncing 'blueberries' and 'almonds.'
And by part of the show, I mean the entire XM part about 2 or 3 times a week.

I am fairly certain that Andrew was compensated for his cake. I doubt the producers are gonna risk the show being boycotted or possibly sued by one of the homeless advocacy groups in NYC. I have to admit that it was pretty cringe inducing to listen to, anything that makes Norton uncomfortable has to be pretty fucking bad.

Yeah, it wasn't right. It's one thing to destroy something a listener brought to the studio, because there is a reasonable expectation "something" is going to happen. On the street where you are dealing with "normal" people and a homeless guy that doesn't/can't listen to the show, it isn't expected (or appreciated).
