So tthis may seem kinda random but, has anyone around here experimented with a HOLISTIC approach to dealing with depression, drug addiction, insomnia and/or chronic pain?

I'd love to hear your personal stories of success or failure. Hit me on PM if it's too personal for the board. THANKS.
