<p>That's what I say...what's the fuckin' difference?</p><p><img border="0" src="http://www.nndb.com/people/409/000022343/adclay-med.jpg" /></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I think the only difference is that club soda has salt added whereas seltzer is simply carbonated water.</p><p>I could be wrong though.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Club soda</strong> may be identical to plain carbonated water or it may contain a small amount of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seltzer" target="_blank">table salt</a>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seltzer" target="_blank">sodium citrate</a>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seltzer" target="_blank">sodium bicarbonate</a>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seltzer" target="_blank">potassium bicarbonate</a>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seltzer" target="_blank">potassium sulfate</a>, or <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seltzer" target="_blank">disodium phosphate</a>, depending on the bottler. These additives are included to emulate the slightly salty taste of homemade soda water.</p>

I drink seltzer all the time. I love the carbonated bite it has. Never drink club soda though maybe I should try it.

In high school growing up in New York, I used to make seltzer( the one in those blue bottles with the nozzle)&gt; You take a drink on a hot day from the nozzle and your thirst is quenched!!
