As in the call not being ready to go from screener to live air... so Ron sees the caller and the reason they're calling, but something isn't done to &quot;switch over&quot; the call to air.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>But that's just a thought - not fact.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
