I cannot stop laughing at ESD's line on Monday. It was when Ron was asking ESD how friendly he is on a scale of 1-10, and ESD told him he thought Bronson Pinchot was a 10.

After the line there was dead silence. I think Ron was actually laughing. All he said after the silence was "FUCK!"

Way to go ESD. Face!

I will agree with you, I think he shocked the hell out of Ronnie with that one.

In my opinion Dave is comedy gold... even though some may not like him I think it's good that R&F nabbed him from the hotdog cart before someone else.

Not exactly a line but when Dave was talking about Jay Mohr yesterday and kept on saying "Cohise....co..hise" and couldn't understand how to say concise, I nearly pissed my pants. Dave is gold.

You know what I think was so great about it (aside from the person he picked) is the way he said it. He said it with such uncertainty, and it totally fit with the mood of the show. "Bronson Pinchot...?"

ESD has been great recently...tho Yesterday when he accused Earl of trying to steal west side it was uncomfortable!

Dave is definitely at his best when he doesn't overthink a bit and flies from the seat of his pants. His comments combine a unique mixture of ignorance, naivete, and pure lunacy. Somehow it works for him.

He's some sort of retarded man-child.

Every time I think I could do Dave's job they get into some discussion about movies or music or sports or something else with a long history of well documented facts and Dave is able to throw some information around that I NEVER thought he could.

He's smarter than he leads us to believe and when he's just taking part in the conversation from inside the studio he really brings a nice dynamic to the show. Sometimes I feel like he's overwhelmed by the board when he's in the bubble and Ron asks him a question, but that's part of his appeal. He's the everyman in there living the dream.
