I don't usually listen to the midnight replay, but I will on occasion listen, even when I've heard the show already. It's great to kick back, relax, and listen to the show.

I record the midnight replay, then listen the next day. But I've been busy and am like three shows behind for the week with RnF and OnA.
It's a nice throw back to the olden days, when WJFK ran the WNEW shows starting at 11pm. I know daytime is better for them, and personally I'd much rather have a 7 or 8pm replay start, but in either way it does make a great "night" show.

Do you think XM would have a problem with us exchanging shows among ourselves that aren't being duplicated for profit? I mean, if we're fans of the show, we are obviously paying. It's like making copies of a CD you purchased as a backup.
