<p>Most of the time I'm bored out of my skull here in Dahab. Tourist Paradise is Hell on Earth for someone with my contempt for the human race. So most days I go in the ocean or fuck around on the internet feeding the politics monkey on my back. Most nights I got eat dinner at this goofy restaurant shaped like a boat where they've got nice calamari pizza and a big movie screen set up. Last night I watched &quot;Throw Mamma From the Train&quot;, the night before that it was &quot;Goodfellas&quot;, both of them running on Saudi satellite stations. (I never get tired of talking about the Saudis' obsession with American pop culture.) </p><p>Here's the rub: tonight it's &quot;Pearl Harbor&quot;. All three hours of it.&nbsp;</p><p>I got nothing else to do. I could study Arabic - I've been putting in at least four hours a day here. I could sit here and waste bandwidth with you silly gooses. I could go rub hummous on my junk and batch to tranny porn in my hotel room. I could convert to Islam for the discount on felafel omlettes I'd get at I-HUMP (&quot;The International&nbsp;Harem of Underage Mothers and Pancakes). Or I would watch this piece of shit.</p><p>I've never seen it. What I need to know is: Is this movie bad enough to actually be good? I got three hours to make a decision. Help me!</p>
