Say a girl has sex and she is a minor, does the doctor have a right to tell the parent if the girl was not raped or harmed in any way?

What if the said girl would be worse off with her parent finding out?(getting hit for example)

But if child abuse is suspected, doctors are required by law to report it to the authorities.

Not necessarily true in tort law. There was a case about a girl who was murdered in California and a psychologist who had treated the murderer failed to warn the parents or the girl that he had said he wanted to kill her. The judges weighed the confidentiality v. the rights of the victim and said if a psychologist reasonably thought that he posed a danger, he had a duty to inform the potential victim. This was about psychologists, so I'm not 100% sure it transfers to all doctor patient privileges, but the logic would seem to.
There was no rape or anything. Strictly consentual.

keefy, you have nothing to be worried about. First of all, her doctor will not say anything. second of all, you two are having sex legally. seriously, the worst thing that could happen to you is her dad tracking you down and beating your ass because he finds your rubber in the garbage.

Assuming it's a male doctor, he'll probably just go home and jerk off all over himself. If it was me, I wouldn't wait until I got home.
