Health Insurance Help!

I am self employed and need to get health insurance. Everytime I look online I get the same quote from the same company no matter what site I look under. Does anyone have a similar situation or know where I can go to find health insurance?

Fortunately, my wife scored a corporate gig, so I'm loving life under the corporate
insurance umbrella, but before that we had a policy with a really high deductable -
catastrophic insurance, basically - and opened a flex account so that incidental
medical expenses were tax free.
