What is Big Band music all about?

<p>I have a neighbor whose teen son is into some kind of noise called big band. I hear him blasting it from his car, and the so&nbsp;called brass&nbsp;section&nbsp;cracks me up. Is it a gay thing? I never see him hanging with chicks? Can someone please tell me what's the story with this awful noise? </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>He also won't stop saying 23-skidoo</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>P.S...this gimmick has officially jumped the shark</p><p>Shark...Happy Days...The Fonz...BIG AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! !!!!!!!</p>
