So Dylan is telling the truckers that they shouldn't go over the speed limit because the highway patrol could catch them. </font></p>

i relate, im only 23...i think 60's, 70's 80's produced the best music ever. i have thousands of songs on the computer and everything from Sinatra to Zepplin to Bon Jovi to Godsmack to Hinder. But nothing beats this stuff thats on right now. its awesome, i wish i could've lived to see it
