Short version:  Piazza was on Trunk’s show on the Boneyard.  He started bitching on air about the playlist for Da’ Boneyard and that it had gone downhill/sucked/not hard enough/not deep enough/etc.  The program director (who didn’t like Eddie much anyway and has since been replaced), took it all personally and had Eddie Trunk canned for what Piazza said.

Uhh, from what I'm reading in the listening thread, I'm not going to be too happy to hear tonight's show on my MyFi.Sounds like Eddie brought up a lot of shit music instead of real rock and metal.That's why I don't like his stupid show.  He hardly ever played anything I like.  I think AC/DC and Slayer were the only good thing he played last time I listened a few years ago.

Just wanna say thanks to Ron and Fez for both killer interviews on the show today.  Being a big Deadhead and all around music junkie it was real cool.Had the Vault in my favs allready but haven't been there in a while 'cause the only music you could listen to was what ever they were playin' that day.  Can't fuckin' wait till they start doin' downloads next year, well at least I have a little time to knock down the card bill.<img src="/messageboard/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/help.gif" border="0" width="35" height="25" />
