You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I think it is. Just for the. simple fact that every show that immitates the 'trailer' scenario uses him. It could just be that they use this guy for continuity reasons just to keep the bit going but I'm pretty sure it's him.
