Today is my grandmothers 80th surprise party. It starts at 5 and my wife just got home from the mall. I'm going to miss the "surprise" part. This always happens. Today I left for work at 5am and told her "please be ready at 4". Is there anyway to escape wife lateness?

If you surprise her correctly, your grandma can be late too.

If we are going somewhere with my family or friends, she has to be ontime or i will leave her home. if it is something for her family or friends, i could care less if we are ontime or not because i dont want to go. YOU WILL HAVE TO LEAVE HER HOME JUST ONE TIME! promise.

Edit: grab your balls out of her purse and go to the party while she is still doing her makeup.

Your grandmother being 80 will think everyday is a party, just show up tomorrow and say, happy 80 years and a day, she will be thrilled
lleeder wrote:
Today is my grandmothers 80th surprise party. It starts at 5 and my wife just got home from the mall. Leave without her. If she can't be bothered to be on time for the things that are important to you, you can't be bothered to wait for her. Leave her a note and tell her to meet you there. Do this a few times and she'll hopefully get the message.

We got there on time. I dropped my wife at the door and went to park the car. When I came back my grandmother was already at the restarant. I missed the surprise. It was ok though I got wasted on Irish car bombs and was verbally abusive to everyone.
