<p>&quot;Prison Break&quot; actor in car crash that killed teen </p><p><img src="http://l.yimg.com/img.tv.yahoo.com/tv/us/img/site/49/70/0000034970_20061021043529.jpg" border="0" width="523" height="691" /></p><p>LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Actor Lane Garrison of the popular U.S. television show &quot;Prison Break&quot; was in a car accident late on Saturday that killed a 17-year-old boy and injured two other teenagers, Beverly Hills police said on Sunday.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Garrison, 26, was inside his sport utility vehicle when it crashed into a tree in Beverly Hills at about 11:50 p.m. local time, Sergeant Shan Davis said, adding that police were still investigating which of the car's four occupants was driving and what caused the collision.</p><p>Garrison received minor injuries, but a 17-year-old boy was pronounced dead at Cedars Sinai Medical Center following the accident. Two 15-year-old girls were also injured, one critically.</p><p>Garrison plays &quot;Tweener&quot; on the Fox jailhouse drama &quot;Prison Break.&quot; Fox is a unit of News Corp</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Reefy, misleading thread title.&nbsp; You don't know who was driving, you don't know the relation of the people in the car to the guy, for all we know he was passed out drunk in the back seat or something.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>If you hit a tree in an SUV and you're not wearing your seatbelt in front, you can die.&nbsp; It's harder to die in a front-end collission if you're in the back.&nbsp; If our guy only had minor injuries, chances are, he wasn't driving.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Story is that he was at a supermarket or something and these fans ( the 17 year old male and 2 females that were 15 ) invited him to a party.</p><p>After leaving the party to go meet a freind he was taking the kids to meet his freind when he had the accident.</p><p>A rep for him was quoted as saying, after a report that a blood sample was&nbsp;taken by the police and sent for a screening,&nbsp;something in the line of &quot; I'm sure he wasnt drunk but maybe somebody put something in his drink &quot;</p><p>Yeah, nice try.</p>
