View Full Version : Homeless Fez
Sheepy and I were at the 5th Ave Apple store, killing time until my girl got into the city. Sheepy spots some guy who "looks just like Fez." We debated for several minutes as to whether or not it actually was Fez, but finally came to the conclusion that it was just some guy who kinda looked like him. Because of his somewhat disheveled nature and the confused look upon as his face as he was wandering about the technology, we labeled him "Homeless Fez." Our goal was to get close to him in order for me to take a surreptitious picture of Homeless Fez with my camera phone in order to show Fez his poverty-stricken doppleganger. After a couple of minutes of finagling about, we finally got close enough, only to have Homeless Fez turn into the real Fez when he recognized us.

I miss Homeless Fez.

Well, it's common for people who don't get out much to be very confused and disheveled while in public. This leads to what I have termed: Fear of the unknown. Fez was confused because people are unknown to him. He's a hermit.

And hermits are scared of groups of people.

There's no seedy public restroooms near there? Maybe he had just come from getting a nice tousling from a strange effeminent Puerto Rican.

It may just be an odd coincedence, but this old bit popped up during a shuffle on my iTunes today:

Harry Elvis's rant on the homeless

Notice how suppotive Fez is of Harry's pro-homeless stance...I guess we know why now.

For the record, the "homeless" moniker was only used in the sense that Fez had a look about him as if he did not belong where he was, a fact that he readily admitted to. He was not dirty or smelly in any way.

Sheepy did indeed use the same term as I, but only after I had used it. Any amusement on our part was not directed at Fez, but rather at ourselves for our stupidity in not realizing it was the beloved co-host.
